Vinification: Tue had 50 liters of solaris juice from Møn that wouldn't really start fermenting. And then he got a little nervous. So he mixed it up with 50 liters of barrel-aged cider that was already fermenting. And then this fine hybrid (hence the name) was created. Bottled with 4 grams of sugar.
