A natural white wine made with grapes from old vines in Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley. Alcoholic fermentation on the skins (skin contact) is carried out with natural yeasts in used French barrels to avoid giving the wine a wood flavor. No additives or stabilizers are added. Unfiltered wine.

This Torrontés is a complex dry wine, with a floral and fruity profile, explosive on the nose and in the mouth, typical of a long maceration with skin contact. Small production of only 500 bottles.
