Sommersalt only reached 10 mg/l at bottling, more slender and classic Solaris-like on the nose and palate.

The wine is spontaneously fermented, aged on the lees in steel tanks and bottled without filtration.

The vineyards at Sønderstrand extend over 2 hectares. The wine is spontaneously fermented and produced with minimal intervention to preserve the natural character of Sønderstrand, 200 m from the sea.
