Ruby Red – Rosso Rubino

RUBY RED 2022 comes from vines located in the hills of Rua di Feletto in Treviso in Veneto. The grapes are harvested fully ripe and undergo prolonged skin contact (25 days) to extract color and fruit. The wine is aged in large, empty oak barrels and smaller barrels for 12 months and then blended. The vintage is 2022, bottled in 2023. Ruby red, intense red color with a garnet red hue. Fruity; raspberry, blackberry and spices. Slightly herbaceous, soft tannins create a beautifully integrated red wine. Acidity 5 g/l, alcohol 13.5% vol. This wine is perfect with meat, cheese and salami.
