🍇Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris

Organic sparkling wine made with Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes from Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley.

It is produced according to the traditional method with an initial alcoholic fermentation carried out in small stainless steel tanks at low temperature and a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aged for 18 months ‘sur lies’. Then disgorged without the addition of sugar. The wine is not filtered.
