The Victoria plums were harvested on August 28, 2024 and macerated in freshly squeezed apple juice. The juice was tasted every other day to follow the transformation. And at first the flavors were strange. Then they became pleasant. And after 47 days they were irresistible. Then on October 14, it was bottled.

The result is strikingly fruity: papaya, ripe plums, orange peel, oxidized apples and warm spices. A light and generous drink that might just make you wonder - does papaya grow in Denmark?
