Orange Geena – Arangina

🍇Verduzzo Trevigiano, Glera and Chardonnay

ORANGE GEENA (macerated white wine) comes from vineyards in Zero Branco in Treviso in Veneto. The grapes are harvested by hand; they are fully ripened, gently pressed and have a long skin contact of 14 days to extract an intense orange color, fruit and integrate tannins. The wine is fermented with natural yeast in steel tanks. The wine was bottled in April 2025. It has an orange, intense color. A wine full of fruit; sunny yellow fruits and peach notes, floral, aromatic and light scent reminiscent of grass and vegetation. Soft tannins and fresh acidity give a beautifully integrated orange wine, suitable as an aperitif and served with most pasta dishes, meat and fish dishes.

The Verduzzo Trevigiano grape is less famous and less popular than Verduzzo Friulano, and is mainly grown in the provinces of Treviso and Venice. Verduzzo Trevigiano has a white, medium-sized berry with a slightly thin, green skin. Verduzzo Trevigiano has high vigor and gives a good and stable production. It produces a straw-yellow wine with a pleasant aroma, dry and quite alcoholic, fruity and slightly bitter in the mouth.
