1 week maceration. Exotic fruit and pan-fried pineapple on the palate. Rich and full-bodied flavor continues with nutty notes and ends with refreshing citrus notes. Goes well with exotic cuisine and sweet and savory dishes. Dishes with a creamy blue cheese sauce also go really well.

La Cave aux Fioles, located in Rivesaltes north of Perpignan, is a small organic estate run by winemaker Carlos Badia, who offers an exclusive production of natural and artisanal wines. The cellar is located in an old chapel (14th century), which allows him to vinify cuvées that are authentic and without unnecessary additives.
