This Morgon, aged in amphora, is a symphony of aromas that dance on the nose: strawberries, cherries, raspberries, plums, blackberries… The palate is juicy, soft, supple and effortless, offering a perfect balance between structure and depth. Its persistent aftertaste offers piquant notes of red fruits.

Originally from Burgundy, SANDRINE HENRIOT took over 3 hectares of Beaujolais vineyards in Régnié, Morgon and Beaujolais-Village in 2018. The plots have been farmed organically since 2004 and biodynamically since 2010.

Her wines exhibit intensity, structure and complexity, but they also boast remarkable juiciness and airiness, making them exceptionally approachable and enjoyable. In the vineyard, she avoids artificial yeast or filtration, opting for minimal sulfur use.
