Semi-maceration carbonique creates a joyful blend with a lovely fullness and notes of pepper and licorice sticks. Violet color. Aromas of bitter almond, plum, cherry and white flowers. A cozy atmosphere in the mouth characterized by notes of leather, spices with lively and firm tannins. Persistent and delicate finish.

Aramon is a red wine grape grown primarily in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. It is also grown in other parts of France, such as the Rhône Valley and Provence, but is found mainly in the Languedoc region. This grape has a rich history dating back to the 19th century, and was once one of the most widely planted varieties in France, but has since been in steady decline.

Domaine Bernatas produces wines that express the richness and variety of the Limoux terroir.
