Vinification: 3 parts brilliant little red apples. 3 parts apples from some trees in the outskirts of Herlev. 1 box of pigeons. 1 box of apples from a fence on Dalbyvej. One day's maceration. Bottled as a petnat.

Added sulfur: Ha! No!

Quantity: 75 cl

Description: Check out the color. Plump and deep. And that describes the wine brilliantly. Because it is both wild and deep. A complex and food-friendly cider.
