Vinification: Single-tree cider made from very purple apples from a park in Karise (yes, that exists). 3 days of maceration and then pressed and poured into glass balloons. Added 4 grams of sugar at bottling to create bubbles.
Alcohol percentage: 5.9%
Added sulfur: Nononono!
Quantity: 75 cl
Description: This started out tasting so crazy much like passion fruit. WHAT?! How can apples do that? Well, now it tastes more like dry and really nice cider, which was kind of the original project. Pretty great stuff, this. High acidity and all that.
