🍇Grenache Blanc and Malvoisie

Orange wine - intense and full-bodied attack on the palate. Subsequent notes of sweet spices and fruit peel.

The fresh finish extends over a very beautiful length around aromas of sophisticated apricots, coriander and toasted aromas. Excellent with creamy blue cheeses, embers and mushrooms (porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, etc.).

Malvoisie or Malvasia is grown mainly in Roussillon. This grape variety is often associated with Maccabeu. Its white, thick-skinned berries produce wines with floral and fruity aromas (lychee).

La Cave aux Fioles, located in Rivesaltes north of Perpignan, is a small organic estate run by winemaker Carlos Badia, who offers an exclusive production of natural and artisanal wines. The cellar is located in an old chapel (14th century), which allows him to vinify cuvées that are authentic and without unnecessary additives.
