A natural red wine made from Criolla grapes from old vineyards in Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley. Carbonic maceration takes place in small concrete tanks to concentrate the aromas. After pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place with local yeasts, without the addition of additives or stabilizers.

This Criolla is a light and pleasant wine with a pure fruit aroma and a low concentration of tannins. Enjoy it chilled!
